Genny DeMerchant Owner | Agent
Raised in a musical home by a mother who most likely would have been a concert pianist if she hadn’t chosen instead to raise a family of six, and a serial entrepreneur for a father, it’s only natural that Genny ended up with a music degree and a passion for running her own business.
Genny’s experience ranges from developing and implemented marketing strategies for independent artists up to large scale theatres, from “doing everything” at a brand new producing theatre company to leading a marketing and development team at a municipally owned, 780 seat presenting theatre. She’s been the Chief Marketing Officer for one of Canada’s largest venues, sat on non-profit boards, worked for a symphony orchestra and played in a pop band.
It’s the range of knowledge and experience Genny brings to the table which directs her work with artists and presenters, helping her to understand their individual needs and wishes. Genny DeMerchant is proud to lead YOU will LOVE it LIVE with the unwavering goal of bringing more artists and audiences together.
